How amazing can an apartment community be!? I just applied to Boca Breakwater, got approved same day, and cannot wait to move in! The apartment itself is SO cute, is close to FAU, and has a pool. Literally could not ask for anything more. It's new so I would apply while you can have your pick of the litter before it fills up.

If you’re looking for a beautifully renovated place in Boca, check out Boca Breakwater. The layouts are super bright and modern, making the whole place feel fresh, clean, and really inviting. The management team there is top notch. They are super responsive, nice, and make the whole renting process easy!

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible changes at Boca Breakwater Apartments. Five stars all day long!
The new interiors are gorgeous and make the living space feel totally refreshed, modern and comfortable. The outdoor upgrades across the property are just as impressive. This is definitely a place you need to check out and see for yourself!

My son and I had a great tour of this property. We met with Joey, and he showed us the property, went over the amenities, and introduced us to the team there. He was also able to answer all the questions we had when we were there and even after we left. The property and staff are wonderful. I recommend you take a look at this property.

I had a great experience touring Boca Breakwater. The property is well maintained and has a really nice overall feel. The amenities were clean and well kept, and the layout of the community felt comfortable and easy to navigate. It seems like a great place to live with a good atmosphere overall. Yvette was helpful during the tour and made the experience smooth. Definitely worth checking out!

Toured with Joey recently and had a great experience! He was super welcoming from the start and really knew his stuff! Walked us through everything clearly and made sure all our questions were answered! You could tell he genuinely cares about making the process easy for students.
